A four-part curriculum mapped anaesthetic simulation course designed to assist the new UHCW anaesthetist with an introduction to anaesthetic critical incidents. This course is designed to complement the 14 domains of core training.

Course Overview
Using our state-of-the-art simulation facilities including video playback, highly experienced faculty and high- fidelity manikins we have developed a full programme of simulations to assist in the training and development of Anaesthetic Trainees.

Course Objectives

Each scenario has been designed and curriculum mapped to assist the learner to meet key capabilities. Each session is themed and consists of four scenarios and debriefs. Each designed to complement the candidates’ learning needs.
