This course is FREE to returning clinicians only, GMC number must be provided. It is suitable for all levels of Postgraduate doctors from all specialties in Secondary Care returning to practice in the NHS.
Supported by the West Midlands, NHS England ‘Return To Training’ Programme.
An opportunity to refresh both ‘technical’ and non-technical knowledge and skills, in a variety of acute clinical situations in a safe, non-judgemental learning environment.
Enables the delegate to rehearse real events, providing an opportunity to discuss openly their concerns and potential challenges before returning to the real world of practice. The aim of the course is to strengthen resilience in critical events/ acute care, building confidence in ability, refreshing knowledge and skills on current practice, policy, systems, and processes.
The overall aim is to return to practice a more confident and safer practitioner.
