Performance coaching is a process which enables people to find and act on the solutions which are the most congruent and appropriate for them personally. This workshop aims to build on the foundations of coaching principles experienced in other development, by exploring a range of models in a toolkit format to facilitate awareness and self-directed learning in the coachee.
The key focus in the models we will explore will be coaching the behaviours that impact on results. This workshop is aimed at those who have already undertaken some sort of coach development and have experienced developing others utilising traditional coaching models.
By the end of the workshop, delegates will be able to:
- Appraise where existing practice may not be successful
- Utilise new tools in managing behavioural performance coaching
- On return to role, combine new techniques in to existing approaches
