Deb joined UHCW Trust in 1998 as a Senior Health Care Assistant in a renal specialty, then as a NVQ assessor and Internal Verifier and a clinical trainer in Learning and Development. Deb has a total of 25 years NHS experience.

Deb joined the Simulation team in 2020 and has helped make the Centre work more efficiently, helping users to access the facilities and promoting the service… Deb is more than just an administrator, adaptable to anything…occasionally acting in various roles in the clinical scenarios.
